Between September 30 and October 1, 2026, ATIC plans to organize the participation of Romanian IT companies at the Swiss IT Forum(s) 2026, a professional event dedicated to software solutions, IT technologies and digital transformation for the business environment, which will take place at Palexpo, Genève, Switzerland.
Swiss IT Forum(s) is the leading IT event in French-speaking Switzerland, bringing together a mixed concept of professional forum and exhibition, dedicated to software and IT solutions for companies. The event annually brings more than 2,500 participants, about 160 exhibitors and more than 100 thematic conferences, addressing topics such as Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data, AI, Green IT, infrastructures, DevOps, ERP, CRM and software solutions for companies.
Switzerland represents a market with a high level of digital maturity, constant demand for specialized IT solutions and openness to international collaborations in areas such as cyber security, cloud, enterprise software, automation, data and artificial intelligence. In this context, the Swiss IT Forum(s) can offer Romanian companies a suitable platform for validating their own solutions, developing commercial contacts and exploring new internationalization directions.
Participation in this event can represent a strategic opportunity for Romanian IT companies interested in expanding their presence on the Swiss market and in the French-speaking European area, to come into direct contact with IT and business decision-makers, to identify commercial partnerships and to promote their solutions in a mature ecosystem, oriented towards innovation, efficiency and digital transformation.

ARICE grants financial support to cover the following categories of eligible expenses:
– 100% of the expenses related to the space rental, the construction of the stand and the necessary utilities within the Romanian pavilion.
– 50% of the expenses for external transport, accommodation and medical insurance for one participant from each exhibitor, at the level of scales established for public institutions and the approved budget of the event.
The application deadline is July 30, 2026.
The selection of participating companies will be carried out on a “first come, first served” basis, within the limits of available places and on the condition of submitting the necessary documents to complete the registration file.
