3.1 Member Rights

  • Access to consultancy and assistance in accessing non-refundable European funds
  • Right to vote in the General Assembly of ATIC
  • Visibility and promotion in mass media and within the ATIC community
  • Special discounts at events involving ATIC
  • Eligibility to be nominated for Innovation and Technological Excellence Awards

3.2 Member Obligations

  • Compliance with ATIC Statute and all internal regulations
  • Timely payment of annual membership fee (1,000 RON for year 2026)
  • Professional and ethical conduct within the ATIC community
  • Respect for the confidentiality of information obtained through ATIC
  • Active participation in the association’s initiatives and projects
  • Transparent and honest communication with other members

4. Use of Website and ATIC Services

Users undertake to:

  • Use the ATIC website exclusively for legal purposes and in compliance with Romanian law
  • Not transmit false, misleading or offensive information
  • Respect the intellectual property of ATIC and other members
  • Not reproduce, adapt or distribute website content without explicit consent from ATIC

10. Termination of Membership

Membership status with ATIC may be terminated following:

  • Written requests from the member
  • Non-payment of annual membership fee
  • Serious breach of ATIC Statute or internal regulations
  • Conduct inconsistent with ATIC values and principles
  • Exclusion voted in the General Assembly

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from website use or relations between ATIC members will be resolved first through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, procedures provided in the ATIC Statute will be applied.

Any legal action will be brought in accordance with Romanian law and will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
