Daniel Dines, the founder of UiPath, in the top of the most admired CEOs in the USA

Daniel Dines, who gained nine places compared to last year’s top, appears in a select company, in the section dedicated to companies with more than 500 employees. Eric Yuan (Zoom), Brian Halligan (HubSpot) and Sundar Pichai (Google) are on the podium, but the ranking also includes Satya Nadella (Microsoft) and Timothy Cook (Apple), ranked ahead of Daniel Dines or Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook), who is only in 40th place.

UiPath CEO has 295 employee reviews and a score of 91/100, which places him in the Top 5 percent of US companies with 1,001-5,000 employees and Top 5 percent of other New York companies. Daniel Dines is more liked by his male colleagues (92/100) and has a very good image among African-American employees, those who have been with the company for less than a year, and those in the administrative department. Conversely, those in Sales, Hispanics, and people in entry-level jobs have a less favorable opinion of their CEO.

UiPath is also very good in the “teams” top. It is on the 42nd place in the ranking that tracks organizational culture, for companies with over 500 employees. The top ten ranked are Google, Adobe, HubSpot, Zoom, RingCentral, Microsoft, Credit Karma, Qualtrics, Boston Consulting Group and Farmers Insurance. The rankings were compiled based on a combination of questions ranging from compensation, leadership, teams and work environment to outlook, career development, work-life balance and perks and benefits.

282 UiPath employees have given their opinion about the company they work for. The result: an A+ “grade” and a ranking in the Top 5 percent of companies of similar size in the US. The employees at UiPath are extremely satisfied with the team they are a part of. (A+). Most find company meetings to be effective and look forward to interacting with colleagues.

Most employees consider the work environment to be a positive one. Most find the pace of work to be extremely fast. About 39 percent of them work eight hours or less, while four percent have an extremely long day – more than 12 hours. According to the survey results, employees at UiPath are extremely happy, based on assessments of future prospects, customer perception and their enthusiasm for going to work.
