On the occasion of the 154th session of the BIE General Assembly, held in November 2013, the city of Dubai was chosen to host the world exhibition in 2020.
The world exhibition with the theme “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future”, originally scheduled to take place between October 20, 2020 and April 10, 2021, has been officially postponed by one year, respectively for the period from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, keeping the current name, Expo 2020 Dubai.
The organizers of the world exhibition attach great importance to this event, which will coincide with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the United Arab Emirates.
